The tour starts this morning at the Caudan Waterfront, and you will be picked up from the hotel for it. Explore Port Louis' history and go back in time by strolling through its cobblestone streets. You will get a taste of the Mauritian way of life along the journey by trying traditional foods including Rotis, peanuts, deep-fried chilli cakes, and steamed dumplings in a delicious broth. A bottle of water will also be given to you to complement your day of dining.

The journey starts this morning at the Goodlands, where you will be picked up from the hotel and driven there. You will be picked up from the hotel and driven to the Goodlands market, one of the most economically significant towns in the north with an Indo-Mauritian population. Visit Chateau Labourdonnais to learn about colonial life in the 19th century. Visit the historical marine to view 30,000 wooden replicas of different ships. Before concluding the tour in Pamplemousses Garden, the oldest in the Southern Hemisphere, enjoy lunch at Tante Athaly, one of the greatest restaurants in the area. It is well-known for its 37-hectare long pond filled with enormous water lilies.

LA VIEILLE CHEMINEE HORSE RIDING IS OPTIONAL.
Make your own way to La Vieille Cheminée, a tiny farm with a few crops that is bordered by two rivers, 75 hectares of native trees and travellers' palms, as well as 50 hectares of various plantations, including sugar cane, palm heart, pineapples, and bananas. You will be driven to the beginning of the 8-kilometer hike this morning after being dropped off in La Vallee de Ferney.
One of the island's last remaining natural preserves will be the subject of a hike with your guide. Please be aware that there are occasionally steep downhill parts on this technical terrain.
